The question is, how can you cultivate an idea?
Here at iARTSociety I have developed a system to do just that. Each lesson is a journey through creative ideas and thoughts. How original your idea is, the more creative your thoughts.
Kids are prompted to think and come up with their own ideas, and not simply follow a step by step tutorial. Here we want to develop their RIGHT brains with spatial thinking, visualization, imagination and creativity.

Creativity is a HABIT - Cultivate it!
If your kid is good at following YouTube tutorials, they are only developing their left brain ability to follow steps. Their brain cells that need stimulation and thought process switches off as they only have to do, they become good at repetition, not individuality or creation. Their right brain needs as much work as their left. Don't deny them the opportunity to grow and develop to their fullest.
